Walsh & Company Investments Limited (Responsible Entity) as the responsible entity of the Fort Street Real Estate Capital Fund III (Fund), is pleased to announce the details of a capital raising. The capital raising will be offered to existing unitholders in the Fund under a product disclosure statement dated 13 February 2018 (PDS)
The proceeds of the Offer will be used to optimise the Fund’s capital structure and allow existing unitholders the opportunity to increase their investment.
Investment opportunity and Fund highlights:
- On 31 January 2018, the Responsible Entity announced the second and final investment of the Fund with the acquisition of Toormina Gardens Shopping Centre.
- Following the acquisition, the Fund is now fully invested.
- The Fund intends to increase its annualised distribution yield to 5.4% for the six months to 30 June 2018.
