Fort Street Real Estate Capital Fund IV (ARSN 623 196 298) (Fund) is the fourth in the Fort Street Real Estate Capital Fund series (Series) which was launched in 2013 to provide investors with a means to invest in Australian commercial property. The first three funds are fully invested and combined, have gross assets of approximately $652 million.
Walsh & Company Investments Limited (ACN 152 367 649, AFSL 410 433) as responsible entity (Responsible Entity) for the Fund is pleased to announce an offer of up to 62.5 million units (each a Unit) to raise up to $100 million under a product disclosure statement dated 9 April 2018 (PDS).
There will be a Priority Offer open to existing unitholders of any previous fund the Series as at 6 April 2018 (Record Date) to apply for up to $20,000 of Units. If you are eligible, you will receive a personalised Priority Offer Invitation.
The Fund, through its controlled entities, will use the net proceeds of the Offer to invest in Australian-based commercial property once suitable opportunities are secured, as determined by Fort Street Real Estate Capital Pty Ltd (Investment Manager and Property Manager). The focus will be on investments in office buildings, retail centres, and specialist properties.
